Seeing as WiiXplorer has recently added USB 2.0 using MPlayer CE USB 2.0/DVD cIOS, could it be possible to implement it in Homebrew Browser? The ordinary USB driver the Wii uses is extremely slow when it comes to this program (it takes over 2 minutes to scroll down to certain app because it spends so much time loading icons)

It even took over 30 minutes, probably 45 (!!) to extract SuperTux Wii files alone, so I would see USB 2.0 support highly useful. With the USB 2.0 support on WiiXplorer I could copy the NAND file from SD to USB stick with ease.

I've tried this with a nintendo updated 4.2 Wii, with cIOS 202 correctly set up (it works in mplayer). Running from USB 2.0 formatted as FAT, the USB drive is correctly detected. Once HBB has completed the initial text phase, I get a screen with a lot of garbage (random color dots). The USB HD's activity light flashes furiously for ~3-5 minutes, then the HBB comes up. Occasionally, I'll get a DSI exception, as an example, here's one stack trace:
800ceed4 --> 800b824c 00> 8008611c --> 8008b36c --> 8005188c --> 800d1fb8 --> 800deae0 --> 800cd8e4 --> 80053440

All activity indicates USB 1.0 speed still. The official 0.3.8 release has similar results, including the propensity for exceptions. If there is anything I can do to help get this working, please let me know!
