Description
It would be nice, if the apps downloaded via the homebrew browser would ha an extra catergory tag in the meta.xml file which defines the catergory of the app. This could be used to sort the apps downloaded with the HBB automatically. I've put a sample meta.xml into this post to explain my idea.

Interesting, I think categorii was going to do something like this.

Categorii just uses different directories to accompish the tagging. It is actually quite clever. The download package for it should be fixed, however, since by default it breaks things. With a few simple changes to the zip, it would be safe to download and use. I'm not sure where to post that info, though.
I'm not sure HBB could do much to help, other than possibly detect folders starting with apps (like apps, apps_utilities, apps_games, etc.) and allow the user to choose which folder to place a new app in. Old apps should just be updated in place. (The way I handle this now is to have a copy of HBB in each category.) Also, it would be nice if the installed apps in the extra folders would be listed as installed and could be updated easily. This way if Categorii updated its software, all copies would be updated at once. Each apps_* folder has to have at least one copy of Categorii in it, otherwise you can't switch back to the other category.
