Menu items are highlited even if they are not selectable

Description

The menu items Demos, Emulators, etc. are highlighted when the cursor is over them even if they can not be clicked.

F.e.: The HBB is in the Demos section and you are looking at the details of a demo application, the other menu items like Emulators, Games, etc. are highlighted if the cursor is over them.

The same occurs at the items View Installed Apps and the Help item!

This does not make sense because you can not switch to the other section in this state!

I think these items should look like the Delete button if an application is not installed yet!

Thanks, I think I'll try to make these buttons actually work.

Done, tested and working. Users can now select categories, View Installed Apps and Help when anywhere.
